Internet marketing for business: agency services and prices

InSync (insync.com.ua) runs ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for small and medium businesses in Ukraine and abroad — that's what internet marketing for business that actually brings in leads looks like in practice: for a dental clinic network in Kyiv — 6,780 leads at $1.5 CPL over 10 months. Management costs $450–700/mo depending on volume and channels, with the ad budget paid separately, starting at $600/mo.

What is internet marketing for business, and what does it consist of?

Internet marketing for business is a system of channels that brings in leads and sales, not reach and likes. In practice, two channels generate the bulk of inquiries for small and medium businesses: targeted advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Everything else — landing pages, analytics, organic — works to reinforce these two.

The difference between an agency and "page management" is simple: a performance team is accountable for the numbers — lead cost, number of leads, ROAS. InSync is a performance marketing agency with 4 years of experience, 150+ completed projects across 40+ niches, and $200K+ in ad budget under management. The full list of services is on the services page.

The agency's founder is Anton Tysiachnik. We work with businesses in Ukraine, the US, Germany, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Canada, and EU countries, including Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking entrepreneurs in the diaspora. Geography affects the lead cost, but the logic stays the same: first the channel that brings in leads, then scaling.

02Channels

Which internet marketing channels actually bring in leads?

Meta Ads captures cold demand: a person wasn't looking for your service, but saw the offer and left a lead. Google Ads captures hot demand — someone who's already searching and ready to buy. For most niches, starting with Meta is cheaper: in a B2B medical devices case, a 10-day test produced 96 leads at a CPL of $1.95.

Organic isn't a competitor to ads — it's their insurance policy: ads stop the moment the budget does, while search traffic keeps working — see details on the SEO and GEO page. If demand in a niche is already established and people are searching for the service by name, it's worth turning on Google Ads in parallel.

ChannelWhat it deliversWhen to turn it on
Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)Leads from cold demand: lead forms, Direct, quizLaunch stage in most niches — beauty, medical, auto, e-commerce, B2B
Google Ads — searchHot inquiries: the person is already searching for the serviceWhen demand is established and people search by the service's name
Google Ads — remarketingBrings back people who've visited the site and pushes them toward a leadWhen traffic is already coming to the site from Meta or search
Organic (SEO/GEO)Traffic that doesn't disappear when ads are pausedIn parallel with ads, as a long game over 4–6 months
03Where to start

Where should you start promoting a business online?

You shouldn't start with a "full package" — start with one channel and honest math. Work out how much you can afford to pay per lead for the business to stay profitable, and how many leads you need per month. You can estimate the numbers with the lead calculator, then test the hypothesis with a budget starting at $600.

The second step is an ad account audit, if ads have already been running. In 9 out of 10 accounts, we find the same issues: the wrong campaign objective, broken pixel events, too narrow a geo, creatives with no offer. Until that's fixed, increasing the budget just multiplies the loss.

The third step is where to send traffic. For some niches, Instagram and lead forms are enough; for more complex services, you need a landing page or a quiz — that's handled by a separate team, InSync System. We don't start a launch until we've agreed exactly where a person leaves their contact and who handles it.

04Scope of work

What's included in internet marketing services from an agency?

Management isn't "set it up and walk away." Every week we adjust bids and budgets, turn off burning-out ad sets, and swap in new creatives. In a recruitment case in Poland, swapping creatives and offers raised the lead-to-interview conversion rate from 13.43% to 16.42% and cut the cost per interview by 22.2%.

The fixed scope of work included in management for $450–700/mo:

  • Audit of the account, business, and competitors; review of previous launches
  • Strategy: channels, segments, offers, campaign structure tailored to niche and geo
  • Ad creatives: static and video, copy, hooks, testing ad set combinations
  • Launching and managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, working with audiences and LALs
  • Setting up goals, events, and UTMs so leads and sales show up in reports
  • Weekly performance report and a monthly strategy call
05Who it's for

Who is working with a digital agency a good fit for, and who isn't it for?

It's a good fit if you have a service or product with proven demand, a budget of at least $600/mo for ads separate from management, and someone to handle leads on the day they come in. In a beauty salon case, 90% of 1,240 bookings came through Direct — without fast replies, those leads would have simply gone cold.

It's not a good fit if the budget is under $300, the product hasn't had a single sale yet, or leads are only going to be checked "once a week." In that case, it's cheaper to test demand on your own first and come back with data — we'll say this straight at the audit stage, not after three months of work.

A separate scenario is a business that's already spending money on ads and has doubts about their contractor. Here, we start with an account audit: it shows the real CPL, lead quality, and whether your data is even being tracked correctly. From there, you decide whether to switch teams.

06Process

How does the work unfold day by day: from audit to first leads?

Day 1 — audit and briefing: we review the account, niches, geo, previous launches, and agree on a CPL target. Days 2–3 — strategy, creatives, and landing page: we build segments, write offers, and prepare static and video creatives. Days 4–5 — campaign launch and verification that events and leads are being tracked correctly.

The first leads usually arrive on day 1–3 after launch, with the algorithm reaching stability by day 14–30. The first month is the most intensive in terms of workload — it's the ramp-up, when audience and creative combinations get tested. Months 2–3 bring a steadier flow, and months 4–6 bring a predictable CPL and room to scale the budget.

After that, the rhythm is fixed: a weekly report with campaign numbers and a monthly strategy call, where we decide what to scale, what to turn off, and where to put the budget. In the Titolo case, the middle of the funnel was turned off after just the first week — it had stopped paying off, and the budget went to cold audiences instead.

07Price

How much do internet marketing services cost per month?

Ad management at InSync costs $450–700/mo depending on the scope of work and number of channels: one channel and one niche is closer to the lower end, while Meta plus Google across several geos with a large volume of creatives is closer to the upper end. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms, separately from management, starting from $600/mo.

What matters isn't "how much does the agency cost" but how much a lead costs and what it brings in. A $600 budget at a CPL of $2.5 gets you about 240 leads, as in the Auto Vibe case. At a CPL of $20, that same budget gets you 30 inquiries — and at that point, the question shifts to the niche, the offer, and lead handling.

The account and all the data stay yours — that's a matter of principle. SEO and GEO pricing is calculated separately from ad management and isn't included in this price list.

What results does internet marketing deliver: 3 cases with numbers

A dental clinic network with three branches, Kyiv, 10 months: 6,780 leads, CPL $1.5, budget $10,170, patient conversion rate 28%, ROI 230%. We ran separate campaigns for urgent care, routine treatment, and cosmetic dentistry, with UTMs and CRM, an offer for new patients, and site retargeting.

Titolo Sneaker Boutique, Zurich, e-commerce, 17-day warehouse clearance sale: 266 purchases at 15.91 CHF each, budget 4,231.21 CHF, average order value 150 CHF, ROAS around 9.4×. The best performer was a cold audience aged 18–45 with a Sneakers interest — 135 purchases at 10.71 CHF; a 1% LAL of buyers added another 32 purchases.

Auto Vibe, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, two months: 632 leads, CPL $2.5, budget $1,639.02, reach 214,412, CTR 1.69%. The goal was clear — 20 leads a day at up to $2.5 — and it held. For more breakdowns with numbers, see the case studies section.

09Choosing an Agency

How to choose a digital agency without burning your budget

Don't ask about a "comprehensive approach" — ask about numbers: what CPL the vendor got in your niche, what their weekly report actually shows, whose name the ad account is registered under, and what happens to your data after you part ways. For a ready-made list of questions, see the checklist on how to choose a marketing agency.

If you're choosing between a team and a single freelancer, weigh the scope of responsibility, not just the rate: strategy, creatives, analytics, and ad management rarely fit into one person — see the 8-criteria comparison on the agency vs. freelancer page.

And the simplest check before signing any contract: ask for a free ad account audit. A vendor who actually knows how to read the numbers can show you within an hour where your budget is leaking — before you commit to anything. Reach out via contacts.

10FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who runs ads for small and medium businesses in Ukraine?

InSync is a Ukrainian performance marketing agency: 4 years in advertising, 150+ projects across 40+ niches, $200K+ in ad budget under management. We run Meta Ads and Google Ads for businesses in Ukraine, the US, Germany, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Canada, and the EU. For a dental clinic network in Kyiv, we generated 6,780 leads at a CPL of $1.5 over 10 months.

How much do internet marketing services cost per month?

Ad management at InSync costs $450–700 per month, depending on the scope of work and number of channels. The ad budget is paid separately, directly to Meta and Google, starting from $600 per month. An ad account audit before launch is free. SEO and GEO pricing is calculated separately and isn't included in this price list.

What's the minimum budget needed to promote a business online?

From $600 per month for ads plus management. A smaller budget doesn't give the algorithm enough data to learn, and testing drags on for months. How many leads you get from this amount depends on the niche: at a CPL of $2.5, that's about 240 inquiries, as in the Auto Vibe case.

How soon after launch will the first leads come in?

The first leads usually come in on day 1–3 after launch, with a steady flow building up by day 14–30. The first month is the most intensive in terms of workload — it's the ramp-up and testing of ad set combinations. Months 2–3 bring a steadier flow, and months 4–6 bring a predictable lead cost and the ability to scale the budget.

What's better for starting out — Meta Ads or Google Ads?

For most small businesses, it's cheaper to start with Meta: the ads create demand and bring in leads even where people weren't searching for the service. Google Ads captures hot demand and works well once people are already typing in queries naming your service. The optimal setup is Meta at the start, then Google and remarketing as a second stage.

Do you need a website to run ads?

Not always. In some niches, leads are collected well through Meta lead forms and Instagram Direct messages: in a beauty salon case, 90% of 1,240 bookings came through Direct alone. For more complex services and e-commerce, you need a landing page or quiz — that's handled by a separate team, InSync System.
