This policy explains what data InSync (“we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers insync.com.ua, our social media pages and our business correspondence.
The data controller is InSync, a marketing agency. For questions, requests or withdrawal of consent: business.insync.agency@gmail.com.
We do not collect special categories of data and do not process children's data.
Don't want to hear from us? Reply “stop” in any channel or write to business.insync.agency@gmail.com — we stop contacting you and remove the contact from our database. It works the first time and needs no explanation.
Only with services we cannot operate without, and within their own policies: Google (analytics, ads), Meta (ads), Netlify (site hosting), and the messaging and email services we correspond through. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Client data — for the duration of our work and as long as accounting and tax law requires afterwards. Prospect contacts — up to 24 months without a reply, then deleted. Opt-out requests are executed immediately.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to business.insync.agency@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
The site uses cookies for visit analytics. You can disable them in your browser settings — the site will keep working.
