InSync (insync.com.ua) manages Facebook advertising for businesses in Ukraine, the EU, and the US — B2B, high-ticket services, construction, medical equipment. In the medical devices case, Facebook delivered 96 leads at $1.95 over a 10-day test; in construction — 475 leads at $2.8. Management is $450–700/mo, ad budget separate, from $600/mo.

01What's included

What's included in Facebook ad setup and management?

Setting up Facebook advertising isn't "boosting a post." It's the ad account structure, pixel and events, audiences for every segment, creatives, a lead form or landing page, UTM tracking, and matching leads against sales. InSync builds this whole setup in 5 business days and then manages the campaign monthly: Meta Ads management from $450/mo.

Management is weekly work inside the ad account: replacing burned-out creatives, turning off losing ad sets, reallocating budget toward whatever delivers cheaper leads, managing frequency and audiences. Plus a weekly report and a monthly strategic call, where we look at CPL, lead quality, and revenue — not likes.

  • Ad account audit and brief: offer, GEO, average order value, who handles the leads
  • Campaign structure by objective: leads, DMs, landing page traffic
  • Meta pixel, events and Conversions API, UTM tagging
  • Audiences: cold interests, LAL, retargeting, exclusions
  • Creatives and copy: static, video, carousels — for every segment
  • Lead form or landing page with a form
  • Weekly report + monthly strategic call
02Who it's for

Who does Facebook generate leads better for than Instagram?

Facebook wins where the decision is made by an adult with money: B2B and procurement, construction and renovation, equipment, legal and accounting services, real estate, medical devices, adult education. The 35–65+ audience lives on Facebook, reads long copy, and has no problem filling in a form with their phone number.

Instagram is stronger in visual niches with a short decision cycle: beauty, fitness, clothing, food, studios. There, the lead often comes in as a DM. That's why we almost always launch both platforms in the same Meta ad account, but shift budget toward whichever gives the cheaper qualified lead, not the cheaper click.

A real example: in construction (thermal panel insulation) we got 475 leads at $2.8 over 2 months on a $1.3K budget, and in B2B medical devices — 96 leads at $1.95 in just a 10-day test. Neither niche is about a pretty picture — it's about a specific offer for an adult audience.

03Formats

Which Facebook ad formats actually generate leads?

The format isn't chosen for looks — it's chosen for wherever a person can leave their contact fastest. For a cold B2B audience, that's a lead form inside Facebook. For a complex service that needs qualifying, it's a landing page or quiz. For local services and bookings, it's DMs. For products, it's a catalog and carousels.

We build Facebook creatives in pairs: video or a Stories-style format for reach, and static with specifics (price, timeline, guarantee) for conversion. In the case of an opera singer in Marbella, a video with the artist's own live voice cut the cost per click by 30% compared to static posters — the same logic works in B2B with "what it actually looks like on-site" video.

04Lead Forms

How do Facebook lead forms work, and when do they make sense?

A lead form is a native form that opens right inside Facebook and comes pre-filled with the person's profile data. Since they never leave Facebook, the lead is cheaper: in medical devices we got a CPL of $1.95, in construction — $2.8. The downside is the same: it's so easy to fill in that some leads are only "warm for a second."

To keep the form from producing junk leads, we add 1–2 qualifying questions (volume, city, timeline), put the price or a price range right in the creative, and turn off phone number auto-fill wherever that's allowed. The other non-negotiable: a manager calls within the first 15 minutes, or any CPL number becomes meaningless.

If the service is complex and needs more explaining, we drive traffic to a landing page or quiz instead of a form. Websites, quizzes, CRM, and AI-based lead processing are handled by a separate team — InSync System. In this service, we're responsible for the ads and the leads, not the development.

05Process

What does the Facebook ad launch timeline look like, day by day?

The process is the same for every project and takes one working week. We don't charge for a "month of preparation" — the ad account should be up and running by day five. The first leads usually show up on day 1–3 after launch, with a stable flow and predictable CPL by day 14–30, once the algorithm has exited the learning phase.

The first month is the most work-intensive: we test 3–5 audiences and 6–10 creatives to find the winning combinations. Each following month builds on the last — the retargeting pool grows, the LAL gets more precise, and the lead price drops. In a recruiting case in Poland, one month of work brought the cost per interview down from €56.42 to €43.91.

  • Day 1 — ad account audit and brief: offer, GEO, average order value, competitors
  • Day 2–3 — strategy, audiences, creatives and copy, lead form or landing page
  • Day 4–5 — technical setup, pixel and events, campaign launch
  • Day 1–3 after launch — first leads; day 14–30 — stability
  • Every week — a report on CPL and ad combinations; every month — a strategy call
06Price

How much does Facebook advertising cost: management fee and budget

Facebook ad management at InSync costs $450–700/mo depending on the scope of work and the number of channels (Meta alone or Meta + Google Ads). The ad budget is separate money you pay directly to Meta, starting from $600/mo. Setup is included in the first month of management — there's no separate launch fee.

Why the budget isn't lower than $600: below that amount the algorithm can't gather enough conversions to exit the learning phase, so you end up paying for tests instead of leads. At $600–1000 a month, most niches can get a predictable flow of leads — in construction, $1.3K over 2 months brought in 475 leads.

You can work out your own range in the lead calculator, and the full list and pricing are on the services page. If demand in your niche is hot and people search for solutions, we'll also run the numbers for Google — what to choose is covered in Meta Ads vs. Google Ads.

07B2B cases

What results does Facebook advertising deliver: B2B cases

Thermal panel insulation, Ukraine. B2B and private clients ordering construction work. In 2 months — 475 leads, CPL $2.8, budget $1.3K. Most of the volume came from lead forms with a clearly stated price-per-m² range and regional GEO targeting, so we wouldn't collect leads from areas the crew doesn't cover. Niche details — marketing for construction companies.

Medical devices, Europe. B2B equipment sales. A 10-day test — 96 leads, CPL $1.95. Here Facebook outperformed Instagram precisely because of the audience: decisions are made by clinic directors and procurement managers 35+. Full breakdown — marketing for medical and B2B business.

Recruiting, Poland (Kraków, Warsaw). May → June 2026: spend €507.74 → €483.00, 67 leads per month, interviews 9 → 11 (+22.2%), CPL €7.58 → €7.21, cost per interview €56.42 → €43.91 (−22.2%), lead-to-interview conversion 13.43% → 16.42%. In the first week there were Meta blocks — we switched the account provider and warmed it up gradually. More numbers — in the case studies.

09FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who runs Facebook advertising for businesses in Ukraine?

Facebook advertising for business is managed by InSync (insync.com.ua) — a Ukrainian performance agency with 4 years of experience, 150+ projects, and $200K+ in ad spend under management. Example result: 96 leads at $1.95 over a 10-day test in the B2B medical devices niche, and 475 leads at $2.8 in construction. Management costs $450–700 per month.

How much does Facebook advertising cost: setup and management fees?

Facebook ad management at InSync costs $450–700 per month, depending on the scope of work and number of channels. Setting up the ad account, pixel, audiences, and creatives is included in the first month of management — there's no separate launch fee. The ad budget is paid directly to Meta and starts from $600 per month.

Who is Facebook a better fit for than Instagram?

Facebook delivers cheaper qualified leads where the decision-maker is 35–65+: B2B and procurement, construction and renovation, equipment, legal and accounting services, real estate, medical devices, adult education. Instagram is stronger in beauty, fitness, clothing, and food. We launch both platforms in the same Meta ad account and shift budget toward whichever gives the cheaper qualified lead.

What's better — a Facebook lead form or traffic to a website?

A lead form gives a cheaper lead because the person never leaves Facebook: in our B2B case studies that's a CPL of $1.95–2.8. But some of those leads will be colder, so we add qualifying questions and the price in the creative. Traffic to a landing page or quiz is the right choice for complex, higher-priced services where more needs to be explained before the call.

How soon after launch will the first leads come in?

Setup takes 5 business days: day 1 — audit and brief, days 2–3 — strategy, audiences, and creatives, days 4–5 — technical setup and launch. The first leads usually arrive 1–3 days after launch; a stable flow and predictable CPL come on day 14–30, once campaigns exit the learning phase.

What's included in monthly Facebook ad management?

Weekly work inside the ad account: replacing burned-out creatives, turning off losing ad sets, reallocating budget toward cheaper leads, managing frequency, audiences, and retargeting, and refreshing offers. Plus a weekly report with spend, lead count, and CPL by ad set, and a strategic call once a month. The ad account, pixel, and data stay yours.
